  • How do I make a booking?
    Kindly fill out an enquiry form on www.socioq.com or whatsapp us at +65 9864 6765 with the date and time of your event, so that we can inform you of the availability and corresponding cost. Reservations will be processed in the order they are received, subject to confirmation. A booking will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
  • Which modes of payment are accepted?
    We accept Bank Transfer and Paynow.
  • Is it possible to cancel a confirmed booking?
    For cancellations before 60 Calendar days prior to the event date will be entitled to a full refund. For anytime between 31-59 Calendar days, renter is only entitled to 50% refund. Any cancellation within 30 Calendar days as well as any no shows will not be entitled to any refund.
  • Are there any additional charges, apart from the booking fees?
    In addition to the booking fee, there is a compulsory cleaning fee of $60.
  • What is your location?
    We are located at 6A Jalan Klapa, Singapore 199318 on Level 2 & 3.
  • How many people can your space accommodate at maximum?
    Level 2: up to 35 seated guests and up to 40 standing guests. Level 3: up to 25 seated guests and up to 30 standing guests.
  • What facilities are provided on the premises?

  • Can I arrive before my scheduled booking time for setting up?
    All set-up tasks (including catering and decorations) and/or cleaning activities must be completed strictly during the reserved time slot. Exceeding the booking time may be deemed as an extension of the hours and additional charges will be required.
  • Can I bring my own food and beverages?
    Yes, you are allowed to bring your own food and beverages.
  • Can I extend the event duration on the day of the event?
    Yes. you may extend the event duration at a base hourly rate (based on your booking rates).
  • Can the furniture be shifted?
    Yes, you may but please return all shifted furniture to its original position. A fee will be assessed by our staff for any furniture that has been relocated.
  • Can I smoke in the premises?
    The use of e-cigarettes, vaping, smoking, or shisha is strictly prohibited within our premises, except for the balcony designated for smoking. A cleaning fee of $250 will be imposed if smoking occurs.
  • Can I bring my pets onto the premises?
    Pets are not allowed in the premises.
